New Osborne Hotel

bed wasn’t cleaned properly and been itching ever since I’ve slept in it . room was also dusty and dirty. Toilet has pee stains round the rim. and the noise from other rooms was unbearable.wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

We checked in on the Friday. Mike appeared and told us he had kept us a space in the free parking bit round the corner. This was a godsend by the way. The hotel is situated in the best location possible for the pleasure beach and the south pier. The room was what we had envisaged. A bed, bunk beds, tv and a toilet. The breakfast was excellent. We had the hotel to ourselves for one night so we were given the 5 star treatment. My 2 girls were given a run of the place. Welcome to help themselves to cereal and run about. Mike was very pleasant and the kids and I enjoyed chatting to him. The kids were fascinated with the bar round the corner and even had turns being bartender. Not sure if Mike knew this, I wondered if he would have told them off. Sunday morning was a lot busier, it was full in fact. It must have been Jane that was there this time. She was very nice also. All in all it was a great visit and if I ever come back I will be coming here again, that’s if Mike still owns the place. Highly recommend

Fab b&b room was very clean and spacious to accommodate 4 of us. We was welcomed by Mike who was very helpful on arrival and informative and the morning breakfast staff was very polite, helpful and chatty Mike even started breakfast earlier than usual for us to accommodate our early departure due to son's football match. Would definitely stay again overall a well earned 5 stars from us

Came for a weekend and the bed was uncomfortable, no sound proofing so we were unable to sleep. The food was cold and the hosts treatec us with complete contempt when we raised the issues. Go Elsewhere.
