About San Diego Guest House

Blackpool's seafront and attractions are within easy reach of San Diego Guest House, a small guesthouse on Osborne Road offering a straightforward, no-fuss base for a stay in the town. With just 10 rooms, it has the feel of a modest, family-run set-up rather than a large hotel, and free on-site parking makes it a practical choice for anyone arriving by car.

Rooms are cosy rather than spacious, and guests have access to a bar and restaurant on site, along with complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi throughout. Other facilities include a lift, a garden, luggage storage, and drinks available in the room, while the property also caters for weddings and offers porter, concierge and business services for those who need them.

The location puts Blackpool's seafront and well-known attractions within comfortable reach, making San Diego Guest House a convenient spot for exploring the town without needing to venture far from base.

Absolutely disgusting there was bed bugs am still waiting on hearing from them to get my money back and the money i spent to get new clothes and shoes for myself and my family due to the bugs not spreading they lied to me saying they never seen them before in there life nor have I by the way but it was lies as one of the lads who stays there said he was bitten by bed bugs few days prior when I was there i stayed bank holiday Monday may absolutely disgusting and the rooms are filthy dirty towels. The manager is supposed to be a millionaire and he can’t have a clean hotel and get rid of the bed bugs and can’t pay me back absolute joke

I'm not one to complain but we couldn't even stay the night in this hotel. We paid £150 for 3 rooms. We ended up with 2 rooms for some reason. Room 1, when we opened the door a bunch of flies flew out. Though, despite the flies, the smell hits you first. A mix of stale cigarettes and BO. The room was moldy, filthy and quite frankly I couldn't stay there. We ended up leaving and going home early. The owner wasn't there , it was all left to a young lady who looked a little frightened bless her. How do I go about getting a refund? Thankyou

The hotel was vile! Rooms are antique with wallpaper hanging of the walls, random sink plotted In a corner with a random toilet on the side with no toilet. Beds was uncomfy and dirty. No curtains / blinds on the window for privacy or sleeping. Overall shambles of a hotel £65 wasted!!!! Avoid this hotel

Loved the host. He was a nice welcoming guy. Me, my partner and my children enjoyed our holiday a lot. Good prices here too in a good location where the pleasure beach is across the street. We will be coming back in the future
