Hosts were nice, however the double mattress in our family room was solid and we had two terrible nights sleep. Breakfast was good although we felt we were waiting for it to start so we could eat and then go about our day. The room was tidy but needed a bit of an update. Musty, damp smell in the entrance and bar.

Lovely hosts, hot breakfast, bar in the lounge, and welcoming canine host: Pip. Rooms are warm and clean with ample space for storage. The venue is in a good location, near to the front, but far enough away to provide some peace.

Okay little b&b and you get what you paid for. Bathroom was dusty with mould on the ceiling around the shower cubicles and hairs on floor they do a daily clean but it's not necessary it's pointless get yourself some do not disturb or clean my room signs. Breakfast was ok not very quick to see if you need more toast or tea or coffee. Rooms so very HOT that we had to buy a fan.however good location if you can overlook the faults. John and Janice was very polite and they welcomed us very friendly people the hotel was very clean and the room was very clean breakfast was amazing pip the dog was very good would stay again as we stay at there every time we go to Blackpool would not stay anywhere else
