Stayed for a bank holiday weekend. A lovely warm welcome to a well presented and maintained property. There is parking available down an alleyway behind and the front is on a road with double yellows and regular warden patrols. The room was comfy, bed perfect. Good storage for belongings. Tea and coffee and toiletries in room. En-suite was clean and a good size with towels provided. Breakfast was good, with a choice provided on booking in for the next morning. Cereal, English breakfast and toast. Owners were really accommodating and friendly. Not far to walk to pleasure beach, water park and adventure golf. South pier too. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We had a great 2 night stay at Branston Lodge. Chris and Nancy were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great stay. We stayed in the large family room- very spacious, spotless and incredibly comfortable beds. The guest house is situated in a great location- 5 minutes walk to promenade, sandcastle and pleasure beach. Thank you again for a great stay.
