About Sea Princess Hotel Blackpool
Sea Princess Hotel Blackpool occupies a spot right on the Promenade, a traditional seafront building with the look and feel of a long-standing Blackpool stay. It's a no-frills base rather than a boutique retreat, but its position along the coast road puts guests within easy reach of the town's attractions without the need for a car.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, family options for those travelling with children, and some with sea views over the Promenade. Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar, breakfast and packed lunches available, kids' meals on request, and outdoor seating for watching the world go by. Practical extras include free WiFi, 24-hour reception, laundry service, luggage storage and meeting rooms for business visitors, alongside concierge and VIP facilities for those wanting a bit more attention. Staff are consistently noted as helpful and accommodating, though some rooms have been found in need of better upkeep and heating, so it's worth setting expectations accordingly.
Outside the hotel, the surrounding area covers golf, fishing, cycling and walking routes, plus watersports, pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby, making it a convenient starting point for exploring Blackpool's mix of seaside and nightlife.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The cleanliness standards were extremely poor — the bathroom was dirty, there were stains on the bed sheets, and the carpet was also stained. The room itself felt very dated and was more in line with what I would expect from a low-grade hostel rather than a hotel. The staff were attentive, but unfortunately that did not make up for the poor overall standard of the accommodation. We were also surprised to be told at check-in that a £40 deposit was required, as this had not been mentioned anywhere on the booking site or online beforehand. Another issue was the strict 10pm check-in cut-off, where if you arrived later your booking would be cancelled as a no-show while still requiring full payment. This feels very unreasonable and should be made much clearer before booking. The biggest issue was the heating. We booked two rooms and both were freezing cold throughout the night, especially with Storm Dave bringing colder weather. When we raised this with the manager, he suggested we had not turned the radiator on properly, despite us showing him that we had. For the price, I initially thought it seemed reasonable, but given the poor cleanliness, outdated rooms and lack of heating, the hotel is in desperate need of major upgrades to meet even basic standards. Honestly, I would have felt more comfortable sleeping in my car.

Let me put it this way: if you value your dignity and self-respect, don't come here. It's December 31st, and the hotel is as cold as outside. The gentleman who greeted us said he'd just turned on the heating. We just had to turn it on radiator and let him know if we needed anything... and then he left. After four hours, it was still cold, and after six, we were only able to take off our coats, and that was after returning from a walk. It doesn't feel like a hotel; it's more like an old English house converted into rooms, and there are 16 of them. They're roughly king-sized, with a 2-meter-long window for two chairs. I paid maybe £10 more for this top-floor room with a view. In short, a complete zero star rating, or maybe just the location. There's no hairdryer, a TV the size of a laptop, hot water runs out after a while, there are no extra blankets or pillows, and there's not even a bedspread. For parking, you have to pay an extra 10 PLN per day and the car is blocked by someone else. Whereas a few meters away, there is parking without any problem, it costs 9.90 PLN per day. I didn't expect miracles for the low price, but please, this shouldn't be allowed for rent, even for the temperature. Sprzet typu rzutki moze jest ale ja nie widzialsm

My girlfriend stayed in this hotel and was immediatly disgusted by how dirty it is. The beds, the walls, the door, the floor, the bathroom, everything was dirty and disgusting. The bathroom's shower didnt turn warm at all either and was ice cold with a spray that didnt even work well so is was barely able to shower. Do not go to this hotel if you want to be disgusted.

Absolutely terrible place. We ended up leaving at 1:15am. Walls are so thin you can hear every word in someone’s conversation, everyone’s intimate moments, and every time is having. Wee in the toilet (no joke). 1 am they started repairing a door in the hallway which included hammering and shouting at the hop of their voices. Very considerate.. worst place I have ever attempted to stay shower is so small the water is aimed at the wall, it’s almost impossible to shower unless you take the shower head and hold it. Waste of money.
