Second time staying here with my sons. Perfectly situated to explore Blackpool Promenade, sandcastle water park and the Pleasure Beach. Parking included which was important to us when choosing where to stay. Wonderful warm, welcoming atmosphere in this family run hotel. Kenyan food and hospitality at its finest! Clinton serves up a great selection of rum cocktails from the well stocked bar and you can sit chatting in the lounge area everyone is always friendly. We had a clean, comfortable room and we all slept very well, with views of both the sea and the pleasure beach from our room. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Blackpool.

Me and my sister visited for my 50th birthday and stayed 2 nights. We had a great stay at this hotel, a beautiful family run hotel. We included continental breakfast in our stay which was very tasty and filling. There are also many halal options nearby too. The tram stop is only a 5 minute walk away too. Didn’t have time to do the spa which I regret. Definitely will recommend and use again. Thank you to the owner and his daughter.

This was a great hotel I would definitely stay here again, definitely would suggest bringing a car because its a bit far if you are going to the north pier but I won't lie the walk was quite nice. The service was really great the people who work there were really nice, we ended up having a really nice conversation with them. We got the penthouse suite and we loved it, the tub is to die for its honestly massive. The continental is also nice, toast, cereal and fresh baked goods. Definitely recommend!

We had an unforgettable 5 days stay at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch, special thanks to Victoria and Clinton, who went above and beyond to make us feel truly at home. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. The hotel’s spa facilities were a real highlight, the sauna and hot bath tub were absolutely perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to Blackpool’s major attractions, top spots, and the beach. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or a family holiday, this place ticks every box. Highly recommend The Chatwal Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location. We’ll definitely be back!
