A cooked breakfast is the reliable start to the day at The Kirkview, a B&B set on Palatine Road in Blackpool. Guests staying here can also help themselves to drinks in their room, and there's a garden with outdoor seating for anyone who prefers to sit outside rather than in the breakfast room.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and free WiFi, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. Standard 3* Blackpool guest house but the stand out service and attention from the owner is second to none. The rooms are clean, comfortable and functional. Great shower. Generous tea/coffee facilities. Coral Island, Tower and Winter Gardens is in short walking distance. Great stay 👍🏼

We stayed there for a couple of nights room was very clean the breakfast was lovely chris was very helpful and friendly would highly recommend we can't wait to stay here again

Excellent guesthouse in a great location. Me and my son had a very pleasant stay here. Host Chris was very welcoming, we had lots of nice chats and he made us feel very welcome. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Showers were great. The guesthouse was very quiet and we got a great nights sleep every night. No outside noise either as it's located on a quiet street yet close to everything. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and filled us up for the day ahead. We had tea / coffee making equipment in the room which was a nice bonus too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it exceeded my expectations, I wouldnt stay anywhere else in blackpool again. I've stayed at cheaper and more expensive places and this place was way better than any of them. The welcoming atmosphere and the friendly host is what made the stay memorable. There's nothing negative I can say. Exellent place 10/10
