Went to this hotel yesterday for Walsall vs fleetwood really horrible, sick in the room, bed sheets dirty, Cupards are dirty, room is too small meant to be a family room it’s a size of a box, first day of getting there we wanted to leave so we did. Messaged to tell them we left and they said we are racist .

I had an excellent stay. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want a no nonsense hotel room in Blackpool on a budget I would check The Riviera out! I will definitely stay there again!!! 😁

Lovely rooms, comfortable bed, had trouble with the heating it was sorted out quickly. Great hosts The only downside is it was said that breakfast is avaliable but it wasn't

Great hotel for the price, 10 mins walk from the beach and town. Fresh clean bedding, clean room, free WiFi, quiet in the rooms no rowdy noise from the town. Only downside was bathroom was a little cramped like a caravan bathroom but was clean and decent for a short stay. Parking wasn't available outside the hotel but pay and display car park is 5 min walk and fairly cheap. Would defo recommended this hotel and would stay here again .
