About The Rockley Hotel
The Promenade and Blackpool's major attractions are all within walking or driving distance of The Rockley Hotel, making it a handy base for exploring the seafront, entertainment venues and nearby restaurants and pubs. Golf, fishing, cycling routes and watersports are also on hand nearby for those who want to venture beyond the town centre.
The Rockley Hotel itself has 10 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and guests have access to free WiFi and drinks in the room. A bar and outdoor seating area give space to relax, while the kitchen and breakfast service cover the essentials, with breakfast in particular noted as a highlight. Reception operates around the clock, and staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful.
Pets are welcome, so travelling with an animal isn't a problem, though there's no parking available on site, so those arriving by car will need to make alternative arrangements. Overall, the hotel is valued for its central position and its fair pricing relative to what's on offer.
What guests say
Currently waiting on them to respond as I’ve reached out to them with the following: Good morning, thank you for reaching out for feedback. We did try and catch you Sunday morning to discuss in person but no one was around. To say that we are extremely disappointed with our stay, is an understatement. Not only did we not stay in the hotel that we originally booked, the room itself was unacceptable. We booked a double room and got given a 3/4 bed. The room was filthy, the bathroom was tiny and the facilities were poor. We paid £90 to stay at your hotel and are fully aware that the Rockley Hotel charges less than The Beeches per night. You can book a room for £65. To charge a double room fee for the quality and service we received is appalling. I expect to hear from you at your earliest convenience and will be discussing with Hotels.com as it’s frankly false advertising. We’ll also be leaving appropriate reviews on all platforms. Had to escalate to Hotels.com customer service as the hotel is now ghosting me. Absolutely disgusting and false advertising. Do not book this or The Rockley Hotel. Currently waiting on a response for a refund.

Just awful! Me and my husband stopped for one night after a friend booked for us. We were locked out of the hotel for around 45 minutes at 2 in the morning as the lady who checked us in completely forgot to mention we would need a code to get in! I rang the hotel to be let in, someone answered and they honestly sounded like they were dying and had no clue what I was talking about, they said in an annoyed tone "I'll come down" ( no one ever came) I had to walk to another hotel down the road to find the lady who checked us in to eventually get the code. The room stunk, the shower was absolutely filthy and there was mould on the blinds. Do not stop here!

Very disappointed, opened drawer to put stuff in, no bottom base, just saw carpet through hole, strained throw on bed, no toilet brush, shower cubicle floor, sticky with slime under mat, bed base was maintained with chipboard, wash basin in main room, toilet cistern held up with 2 piece's of wood! And a sign that says £100 to fumigate room if you smoke! Obviously hadn't been fumigated for us, bad odour in room, wifi wouldn't connect! No we won't be staying again!! Needs lots of updating and improvement

This has to be the worst place I have stayed. The hotel, if that's what you can call it, was unclean, and drab. The host gave off a vibe of" I can't be bothered" breakfast was a joke and we had to purchase elsewhere. Food was cold, self serve, but from a broken bain Marie, I did not even dare put the milk in my tea. Do not book through booking.com, you will not be able to get your money back. We left a day early, which ruined our anniversary.
