The hotel has 100 rooms and a restaurant serving breakfast, plus a bar and regular live entertainment on-site. Guests also have use of an indoor swimming pool, free WiFi and air conditioning, along with luggage storage and porter services. What guests say
Booked a sea view family room for two nights. Very welcoming, efficient reception staff, decent free car park. Room; a tiny bit tired, but light, airy and comfortable with three beds, tub chairs, and a full bathroom with a great view. Food; absolutely outstanding, red hot, good choice, and we were looked after superbly by James at all times. Location; easy to get a tram the mile or so up to the tower. Entertainment; free entry to 'Talk of the Coast' (attached club) I wasn't much for the comedian, but singer Lascel Wood was outstanding. Cons; steps, lots of them. For the less able guest, it may cause an issue and the lift was 2 person only. Some of the decor a bit dated, but its a 3* star Blackpool hotel. If you're after a comfy pit, friendly folks and good food, then this is great.

Had a fabulous time here. Food was excellent, Entertainment was first class, ( especially a young singer called "Lilly") Staff were brilliant, Donna in the dinning room was so good, always had a smile. As said before rooms are a bit dated but they are kept very clean and are comfortable. Definitely we'll be back for another visit.

Fun fun fun! Never been to an all inclusive hotel going for style over substance in the past i am now converted! So many amazing people and great staff too! The food/drink and entertainment were five star yes the rooms are a bit dated (missing a proper coffee machine) but the amount of time spent in the room it didn't matter! The guests made the experience some i'd love to see again i will definatly be coming back the same time next year if not before! Bravo Viking you guys rock!
