About Scoutscroft Holiday Centre
Scoutscroft Holiday Centre, just outside Eyemouth in the Borders, offers both pods and caravans. The pods come with beds, heating, kettle and fridge; the caravans are spacious. Showers are available on site, and there is a chip shop and entertainment on the grounds as well—handy when you do not want to venture out.
The centre sits a few minutes' walk from Coldingham village, where you will find a pub and a small supermarket if you need anything else. Staff are generally welcoming, though service can be uneven. The setup suits people after straightforward, comfortable accommodation with basic facilities all in one place rather than a back-to-basics camping experience.

What visitors say
Stayed here twice. Once with a friend and second time with a 3 year old. The pods are just fab. Clean and warm. Basic but this is reflected in the price. Loved the evening entertainment for the littles. Staff are lovely, from front of house, entertainment, kitchen, bar, reception and grounds staff. Location is great for hikes, coastal walks, cute cafes and St Abbs. Can't wait to return.

Loved our brand new 2026 caravan. Very spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay but there is room for improvement, especially on the cleanliness side. Smaller room duvet covers were covered in dog hair and muddy paw prints. It seemed that maybe this room wasn't slept in but the previous dogs had been on both beds. The living area carpet was absolutely covered in dog hair and anything dropped on it was caked in hair. Seriously needs a hoover. Duvet cover ripped in larger room. Bar: Stood for over 10 minutes waiting to be served. No bell to press. Ordered 4 drinks and 1 was incorrect. Barman didn't seem to know what he was doing. Water: No water pressure one morning. When phoned reception was told they've been having issues for months and someone would be out to fix it next week!!! And the absolute stinker: 2 nights of workies smoking pot in the caravan opposite. 25°c and had to close all the windows cause of the stench

Very impressed with this park, although we are slightly out of season it’s great, as it’s quiet. We chosen to stay in a pod and can’t fault it on bit, Tv, Fridge, kettle the pods can sleep 4 however we moved things around to give us more space for the 2 of us and the dog. 🐕 I love the little stream running post the pod, the noise of water is soo relaxing if you have the window open. Using the WC facilities that are available the hot water wasn’t working (unsure why) so I spoken to reception who give us a key to a van so we could get a shower, which was very nice. We also went into the bar area for a couple of drinks, the bar hostess was friendly and service with a smile which is great, oh her play list was good too. Over all totally enjoyed my time staying here, £35 per night, what a bargain! I will come back here in the future, till next time ciao for now. Do my check my name on Google as I do post elsewhere TikTok / Facebook / YouTube - Yes I’m a content creator. Leave a ❤️ to show you have read this. Thanks 🥂🎉😀

Got given my key, walked round and someone was already in my caravan with a wet dog, and it was a non pet caravan. The park manager put me in a pet van and im allergic to dog dander. No proper apology or upgrade or vouchers. There was dog hairs on the cushions and crumbs in corners behind the toaster, dust on all the light switches. I paid £8 for WiFi that did not work. In addition we were told all the locks for the new caravans were the same which meant our belongings were not safe. I was also having trouble getting into my caravan, and the people who got the caravan i was meant to be in - came across and offered their key as they were also told that the locks were the same!!! I visited the park as a teenager and it was so good, but unfortunately the park owners have become extremely greedy about money from statics, and now they don't even care. Though I cannot fault the greenkeepers who were lovely.
