Pondside

Pondside is a four-bedroom house in Boston, Lincolnshire, set up so groups and families have everything needed for a self-catering stay. The kitchen contains an electric cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine, making it straightforward to prepare meals and manage laundry. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for three cars on site and an enclosed back garden with a patio area.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs has a living room with Freeview TV, a kitchen and dining area, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, four bedrooms provide sleeping for seven people: a super kingsize with an ensuite shower, a kingsize, two singles in one room, and a further single. A second bathroom with shower serves the upper floor. The property has underfloor heating throughout and a heated towel rail. One dog or cat stays free, and the enclosed garden is secure. Non-smokers only. Arrival is after 3pm and departure before 9am.
