The Avoncliffe is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Southbourne, reached by 16 steps to the entrance. Everything is on one level: a combined living and dining space flows into a kitchen, with each bedroom having its own ensuite. The flat is yours alone, not shared with owners or other guests.
Both bedrooms have double beds and Freeview television. The main living area opens onto a balcony with views towards the Bournemouth coastline. The kitchen contains an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly or do laundry during your stay. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There is parking for two cars on site and a shared garden.
Southbourne Beach is nearby, and the town centre has restaurants, shops and cultural events year-round. No smoking inside the property.

Stayed here for the past 3 weeks with my children while visiting family. Great location with good views of the English Channel. Even on cold winter days we used the balcony. Very well equipped kitchen, beds were extremely comfortable. Parking on the forecourt was perfect. Phil, the host was very pleasant and had decorated the whole place with Christmas decorations before we arrived. The children loved it. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Phil
