Treetops

Baildon sits between the Yorkshire Dales and Saltaire, with moorland and woodland within easy reach. Treetops is a first-floor apartment on its own private external staircase, letting you come and go without passing through a shared building. One bedroom sleeps two, there's a bathroom with bath and shower, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, slow cooker and coffee machine among the essentials. You get the whole place to yourself, with your own parking space outside.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV and triple windows that fill it with natural light; the bathroom includes underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. A south-facing enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture opens off the living space—this is the real draw, a sun-trap with a barbecue for evening meals. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Dogs stay free, and up to two medium-size ones are welcome. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged if needed. The apartment is on one level with 16 steps up to the entrance and one step into the garden. Smoking is not permitted.
