We really enjoyed our stay here - the warm outdoor pool was great on a sunny day. We stayed in a superior caravan which was clean and tidy with only very minor wear and tear. The beds were very comfortable and it's a nice quiet, safe site - kids could play out and make friends. Everything was easily accessible from our caravan. The shop was well stocked and we enjoyed getting breakfast pastries, bagettes, ice creams easily. We had a buggy with us and while there is a steep slope down to the beach it isn't particularly long and we were able to get to the beach within few minutes. The kids disco had good props (dressing up etc.) and the arcade was good for our needs. The restaurant food was as expected - we loved the number of gluten free options. The kids playground is good and has shade. The standout thing about this park is the staff, everyone is so incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. It's well located - we enjoyed trips to Robin Hill, Shanklin and Appley Beach/playground. We would definitely return. The only thing we think could improve this site is a refurb of the poolside toilets as they were quite tired.

We stayed in the indulgent caravan and honestly don't have any negative comments it had everything we need plus more, American Fringe freezer, washer, dishwasher even a wine fridge. All rooms were clean and spacious. The kids loved the open air movies they showed and as we had amazing weather they had a picnic and watched. The food at the nab bar was ok, what you'd expect really, however the toasties at lunchtime were really nice. My only complaint would be the pool area, it was great taking the kids down to play however unless you were there at the front of the queue there were never sunbeds available as families would take one sun lounger each and then spend the full swim session in the pool leaving people who were sitting by the pool in plastic chairs. There should be a policy where sunbeds can be used by others if your just using them for clothes and towels. There's only about 20 loungers in total and definitely space for more. Overall a great time our caravan overlooked the bembridge airstrip and the kids loved watching the planes take off and land from the balcony.

Lovely location with great views, just around a 15min drive to sandown and shanklin which is lovely sea fronts. The guest service was brilliant when we arrived we had booked a 3 bed chalet, unfortunately turns out I am not a chalet girl and also didnt think the bunk beds for my kids where suitable for my little ones, this is down to my own error as it did state it could have bunk beds. But when I explained my concerns they was so understanding and was able to accommodate my request and we got moved into a lovely caravan. This was the other side of the park away from the main stuff but it was no issue, quick drive over or a little walk in nice weather. Only issue is signal isnt great or the WiFi connection if needed. But not awful. We also had a small issue with some ants and the night time security in charge of guest services was fast at responding and sorting the issue. The entertainment for the kids was brilliant and always something to do. We did spend most our time away from the site but when we was on site it was lovely, would definitely recommend. The indoor pool has a cool slide and is warm, we used this a handle full of times and my little one loved it. Definitely check them out

We recently stayed at Whitecliffe Bay. Im going to give as honest review as I can. We stayed in a value chalet/lodge. As the name suggests, it was their 'value' option. It was small and dated, but was clean. One of the spot lights in the kitchen area wasn't working, but it got fixed the same day as we reported it. So no real complaints with the accommodation. Some of the other accommodation options on site looked really good. The site itself was always clean and tidy. We spent a few nights at the Nab Bar, again it was clean and tidy. The food is what you'd expect at a site like this. It was Decent enough, but not everything on the menu was available. We did have, on a couple of occasions, an issue. A breakfast didn't come with the other meals, and similar on a different occasion, a main meal arrived late and was over cooked. On both occasions, it was resolved to our satisfaction, and in a pleasant manner. The arcade area, again clean, but looked dated and a few of the machines weren't working. The beach near the site was great and looked stunning at or just after sunrise. Unfortunately, there is a very steep path to get to and from it. If you have very young children, carrying them or pushing a pram back up was very difficult. The biggest plus point for the park, are the staff. Everyone we spoke to, asked something from, were always very friendly, helpful and always made our family feel welcome. Will we return / recommended it? Yes to both, but It might be in a few years, when the grandkids are a bit older.
