About Unity Beach
Just a couple of minutes' stroll from Brean beach, Unity Beach is perfectly positioned for seaside escapes, with Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare within easy driving distance. The real draw here is the direct access to Brean Leisure Park – guests enjoy 50% off the mammoth Brean Splash waterpark (complete with indoor and outdoor zones, flumes and slides), the multi-level Brean Play centre, and the 18-hole golf course sprawling across 100 acres of meadow. Discounted tokens for the theme park's rides sweeten the deal further.
Back on site, you'll find heated shower blocks with underfloor heating, a fishing lake, and a play area. High season brings several restaurants, snack bars and cafés – from cooked breakfasts to ribs and pizza – plus American-themed RJs diner serving cocktails in fish bowls. Reviewers praise the friendly staff and clean, comfortable caravans, though some note food options can feel limited. Pitches range from non-electric grass to electric hardstanding, and there's space for over 200 units.

What visitors say
Loved this campsite. Beautiful location, surrounded by lots of places to walk with a nearby beach. Our caravan was immaculate and very clean. The beds were comfy, the shower was powerful and the caravan was fully equipped. Our van overlooked the lovely golf course and we had the perfect weather to enjoy the views. The restaurant served great food and drinks and the staff were all helpful and friendly. There's a theme park on site, a supermarket, fish and chips pizza, doughnuts, sweet shop and swimming pool with water slides. I definitely recommend this site and would visit again.

We were campers an on the grove field. Lovely field. Great hook up near tent. Good water access and the amineties block had a go laundry an washing up area (even tho U had to hire a plug for a returnable pound deposit. Y not pop plugs on chains. The showers and toilets were spacious and altho seemed to be cleaned the floor never really seemed to of been mopped no matter what time I went in. But with the amount of foot fall I suppose that doesn't mean it wasn't. The disabled facilities an family baths rooms were a gd asset especially as I have a child who isn't a shower user. Again at one point they were out of toilet paper and very dirty. I bumped into an attendant who said sorry they Shd of been clean an obvs havnt been. Personally I felt the site was to large an was extending more and was loosing site on what is originally there. I would say if you go check what your particular passes give U and be aware of the extras and things available that arnt actually owned an policed by the site as the costs add up. To use to swimming pool it's across the other side just off the main site an had a payable car park !

A very clean caravan and the site is very well kept too. There's plenty to do if you want it, or peace and quite if you just want to relax. With entertainment and an amazing beach just across the road, it's a perfect place to holiday for adults on their own or with children. I will definitely be returning.
