Greenacre Barn

Greenacre Barn is a converted barn offering ground-floor living throughout—four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet arranged across a single level. A king bed, a double, two singles, and a bunk provide flexible sleeping for eight. The kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, and a washing machine. A sitting room with a 42-inch TV and DVD player opens onto an enclosed, lawned garden with furniture and a gas barbecue.

One dog stays free. Parking for three cars and a bike store are on site. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included; oil heating keeps the place warm. No smoking throughout. Swaffham town centre is a short drive away for shops and dining. Peddars Way, a bridle path, runs close to the end of the drive—useful for anyone wanting to explore on foot or horseback. The Norfolk coast and Hunstanton are within 35 minutes by car; nature reserves and migrating birds lie a further 15 minutes along the shoreline.
