Awesome place to just sit and chill. The staff is very kind and helpful and. The camping and caravan sites are very neat. Basically Narborough Fisheries is a must visit. Great little shop with fishing gear and stuff.

This review is purely regarding the Trout fishing, not Carp or the caravanning and camping elements. Set in gorgeous Suffolk woodland this is a perfect Trout fishing spot…..I came here last some 9 years ago but what I discovered yesterday disappointed both me and my 13 year old son. I knew they had repurposed some of the lakes from Trout to Carp and coarse leaving two pools, including a large specimen Raindow pond, as explained on the website. However, after an hour drive from Norfolk we were told that that pond was closed leaving just one option. With no other option to go elsewhere given our time Co strained and having travelled so far we fished the one pond. I did catch one trout early on but the rest of the day was quiet and the pitches and available pegs filled up with 3 or 4 other fisherman. Note that this pond is quite small so the anglers starts to feel crowded. The complaint is that the specimen pond option closure should have been stated on the website and if you are wanting to encourage younger anglers to the sport then keeping them on the same rate as an adult, £28, is a bit steep for one pond. We paid £56. Regrettably I cannot recommend this place as a suitable trout fishing location at these prices and with dwindling options for other ponds, now taken over by coarse fisherman AND which are so much less expensive than the trout ticket.

Lovely and peaceful, especially if you enjoy fishing, great dog walk, staff all freindly. A little overpriced for the facilties, only one shower for whole site. Not much in area need a car to go to shops and out and about.

Fished the specimen trout lake, missed 3, lost 2, returned 5 and took 1 for the table. Hot head damsel was the killer fly. Not a bad half day really 🎣
