Moor Farm Lodge is a single-storey detached house sleeping six across three bedrooms, each opening directly onto the garden. The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite; the second, a double; the third, bunks suitable for children. A second bathroom serves the other two rooms. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for three cars on site.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas under one roof. You get a range cooker, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and air fryer for cooking; a 55-inch smart TV, Freesat and books and games for downtime. Bi-fold doors lead from the living room and master bedroom into the garden. Outside, a private wood-fired hot tub awaits (initial logs supplied; further loads available), along with garden furniture, a gas barbecue and chiminea in an enclosed courtyard. The property sits on a working farm where sheep, goats and donkeys graze; a fishing pit and children's play area are a short walk away. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking throughout. Wells-next-the-Sea is under thirty minutes' drive, and the North Norfolk coast lies within easy reach.
