The Wilderness

The Wilderness is a five-bedroom house near Wymondham, finished to a high standard throughout. It sleeps 12 across five bedrooms—one double, three kingsize, one with two singles—each with its own shower room or ensuite. The fifth bathroom has a bath. Ground-floor living is arranged as one open-plan space with a 85-inch Smart TV, dining area and a kitchen equipped for serious cooking: electric oven, induction hob, range cooker, combi microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There's a second living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV, plus a games room. Underfloor heating runs through the main living areas and one bedroom; the rest of the house has electric central heating. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with the initial fuel for the hot tub.

Outside, an enclosed garden with barbecue surrounds the house. The private hot tub fits eight and there's a sauna. Parking is available for six cars, and an electric car charging point is on site. An eight-person hot tub, sauna and games room make this a natural choice for large family gatherings. The property is set behind electric gates with private parking. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. Smoking is not permitted.
