Wash Farm Barns - Granary Barn

Granary Barn is a converted Norfolk barn with the character of its agricultural past. The property is arranged across two floors, with a living and dining space on the ground level—featuring oak flooring and doors onto a south-facing terrace—and a bedroom reached via a spiral staircase. That bedroom has a high pitched ceiling, a glazed gable wall with French doors, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the gardens and surrounding paddocks. The en-suite bathroom adjoins it.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric hob, combi microwave and oven, fridge and washer-dryer. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Heating comes from an air source heat pump. You have sole use of the barn itself and private parking for one car, plus shared access to the grounds—which include a large lawn with patio and garden furniture, and an indoor heated swimming pool (12.5m x 6.5m, available 9am-7pm). No smoking throughout.

The barns sit in farmland near Banham, with footpaths leading directly from the property into the Norfolk countryside. The location suits couples seeking a quiet base for walking, and the heated pool is available year-round. Note that the grounds contain steps in places.
