Set your compass for a splendid single shepherd's hut in an excellent spot for adventures around the East Anglian fens and coastline. Tucked into a private corner of a working arable farm near St John's Fen End, this cosy retreat sleeps two (plus space for a small baby) and comes with its own outdoor shower and toilet. Inside, you'll find a comfy double bed, kitchenette with two-ring hob, small chiller, and all the essentials for self-catering. Double glazing and sheep's wool insulation keep things snug, while a folding table and chairs tuck away neatly when not in use.

Outside, there's a firepit with grid for alfresco cooking, plus space to relax at the garden table. It's peaceful enough here, though you may hear farm machinery during harvest—and the owners' menagerie of dogs, cats, chickens, and one very large pet pig adds character. Walkers will love the fenland trails nearby, and with off-road parking just twenty metres away, you won't have far to lug your kit. A charmingly remote base for exploring Norfolk's quieter corners.
