You arrive at The Farmhouse to find a Grade II listed 16th-century farmhouse converted into spacious accommodation for ten. The ground floor opens into a living room with woodburner and smart TV, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that flows into a second living space. There's a utility room and separate toilet on this level too. Upstairs, four bedrooms are arranged across the first floor: three with kingsize beds (one with an ensuite and walk-in shower, one with sofa bed and ensuite, one with a shared bathroom) and a fourth with two single beds. A family bathroom with bath and shower completes the layout. Throughout, bed linen and towels are provided, along with heating, electricity and wifi.

The property sits in South Norfolk countryside near Banham, with parking for three cars on site and direct access to a heated indoor swimming pool shared with other holiday properties—a 12.5-metre pool open from 9am to 7pm with changing facilities. The front garden has a sitting-out area and furniture. One well-behaved pet stays free. The house is non-smoking. Families will find a travel cot, highchair and fireguard already in place, and initial fuel for the woodburner is included.
