Court House stands 100 yards from Porthcawl's seafront, a 1930s property that sleeps 8 across four bedrooms. The ground floor holds two living spaces—one with a woodburning stove and smart TV, the other with a feature fireplace—plus a dining room opening to the garden, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the single bathroom serves a kingsize bedroom, a double, a twin room and a bunk bedroom.

The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all provided, with fuel for the stove included. The back garden has astro turf, a patio and furniture; parking for three cars is available. Families with children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgates on hand.

Porthcawl itself is a busy seaside town with shops, bars and restaurants along the seafront. The Glamorgan Heritage Coast footpath runs locally, and the extensive sand dunes at Merthyr Mawr—about a mile away—offer walks and family days out. Swansea, Cardiff and Bridgend Designer Outlet are within reach for shopping and entertainment. The property does not accommodate hen or stag parties, and smoking is not permitted.
