What visitors say
A beautiful, unspoilt and scenic beach with cafés, toilets and good value parking. There is no beach at high tide, which is why sand is usually damp, so check tide times. The sea was jellyfish central on the day we went, so difficult to swim, so we walked about 40 minutes along the coast to Sandy Bay, which had barely any jellyfish. They weren't harmful since they were only small, but it may have just been bad luck on the day we went and an irregular event. For toilets, there are only 4 cubicles, so up to 15 minutes wait on busy days.

Very pretty beach, but very small at high tide. We went on a hot sunny school day in July, but it was packed out. The toilets are a bit of a hike up the hill close to the car park and were not pleasant (queues, smells and some not working). We visited some much better beaches in the area.

Lovely beach. With lots of little stalls and arcades for Tue kids lots of little restaurants and bars for all ages and a theme park ice cream Parlours and there is plenty of room on the beach with space. And the main car park is £5:00 all day 👍
