What a fabulous spacious home, a group of 14 rattled around this huge house, ideally located for a wonderful weekend. Its been that good we are booking next year, facilities amazing, pool room, massive dining room n lounge .

Booked exclusive use of the hotel for a weekend as a large group on a golfing break. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. Everything was explained and issued to us with plenty of notice and he was extremely easy to get hold of for any queries we had. Prior to arrival we were issued with our own code for access for the weekend which was extremely simple and efficient. The hotel itself was immaculate!! Rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished and all were perfectly sized for a group of adults. The lounge, games room, dining area and kitchen were all available to use and were absolutely perfect for our stay. Location was a 5 minute walk maximum to the nearest pubs, shops and attractive town centre. We were also no more than a 10 minute drive to the golf courses we were attending with plenty of parking out front. The hotel really was left to us to use as we saw fit and was the ideal place for large group stay. All in all it was a fantastic weekend made all the better for having such a fantastic host and accommodation. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Gorgeous B&B, very central to the little town it is in, with quite a few car park spaces. Inside it is very authentic and original with great character. It is very spacious, well decorated, with plenty of furniture to sit, work, enjoy an evening with friends and family. Rooms are very beautiful too and they are individually decorated. Staff are ever so kind, professional and they know their products well. As for the breakfast? Well what can I say? Simply perfection!!!

I recently stayed here as part of a large party of people attending a wedding. The place is clean and tidy but some facilities need modernising. Also some basic issues regarding day to day repairs need carrying out. For instance one room had no toilet seat on the toilet. That should not happen. Perhaps if I had that room I might be more critical in this review Overall - would I stay again? Probably but if the work in progress issues ( see trip advisor ) had not progressed I would not be back for a third visit.
