What visitors say
A relatively decent number of arcade games for the kids. The games are £1 so you can rack up costs very quickly. Would advise you to get your kids to pace themselves. Most of the games give you reward tickets after playing (better score = greater number of tickets). You can then exchange tickets for gifts at the gift shop. You would need to have spent a fortune on games to get any worthwhile gift though. However, kids love the idea of winning tickets and my fatigued for example is only interested in playing games where she has a chance of getting more tickets, no matter how many times I tell her to select games she will enjoy and not worry about tickets. There is also a bowling alley for even greater fun.

We usually visit here when we go to Vue cinema. We have never had a problem. It is what you make it. However today while playing pool, near the stairs (under the high table) on the left, I noticed mouse droppings... quite a lot of them. I didn't see a staff member to inform them.

Such a great atmosphere and there’s always new games and prizes! The manager Beth was so sweet and helpful and made our experience all the better! We also met Lucas who gave us amazing customer service. We will definitely be coming back, had such a good time!

Top spot for a fun night out in Romford. Great mix of bowling, arcades, and games something for everyone. Walked in on a weekend with no wait, staff were sound, and the vibe was buzzing. Good value for the amount of stuff to do. Highly recommend!
