The location puts you within easy reach of walking and cycling routes through the countryside, yet the village centre with its shops, gym and fitness facilities are close by. A convenience store and fish and chip shop are a 10-minute walk; the nearest pub is a short drive away.

The property is a single ground-floor bedroom annexe with its own entrance, designed for two guests. The open-plan living space combines a lounge with Smart TV, dining area and kitchen in one room; the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, so you can cook as you please. The bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in), and there is a shower room with cubicle shower. A sofa bed in the lounge offers flexible sleeping if needed. Outside, a private courtyard of over 50 sqm provides outdoor space with seating, and there is on-site parking for one car plus a bike store with bikes available to use. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; a travel cot is available. One dog stays free of charge. No smoking inside the property.
