Not bad for the grandchildren age 8 & 4. Play area is not vast but probably big enough for two hours. Food and drink prices are a bit more expensive, but facilities are clean and well kept. Don't know why they charge for adults if they expect you to spend money at the cafe? Beware of Photos on Google the facilities are all indoors and definitely no farm animals ( Non for 3 years according to staff)!!

Soft place reasonably priced , food a little overpriced for what you get, but the one thing that let down our visit was one member of staff who was rude, once placing our food order we pointed to the sofa we was sat at she replied ' there is two sofa in that area', it was pretty clear where I was pointing! . I have had something floating in my flat white took it over and neither of the staff seemed to of cared that something foreign was found in my cup just replacing it and to top it off my second flat white was double espresso with milk foam so a strong mini cappuccino which tasted horrible. The lady in question definitely needs training on the coffee station as she would leave the milk to steam itself and only taking it off once it sounded like it was done, neither of my coffees tasted good also she was very sarcastic and condescending. All in we spent over £100 at this place! Definitely didn't feel worth it!

Definitely not baby friendly like their website states. After a 1 hour drive we left after 20 minutes as the “large 0-2 years baby/toddler area” was not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 months. Older children running around in such a small space, nothing for a baby to do or play with, not even a ball pit in the young area. You have to go into the older children area to use the ball pit and it was just dangerous with them jumping around our 10 month old.

Although it seems to be a fairly nice place for children to have fun is a terribly uncomfortable place for adults to wait. Sitting is uncomfortable and just as literally a couple of comfortable sitting places, coffee is terrible served I unhygienic plastic little cups resembling some sort of council estate setting but yet charges the same price of a Costa coffee that is at least served in a ceramic cup. There are better options out there. Unfortunately not returning and advised anyone who minimally has standards to avoid.

People say this indoor play area has a fantastic soft play area with plenty to keep children entertained, including a good quality toddler area. They also highlight the friendly and attentive staff, clean facilities, and convenient free parking.

Some reviews mention the food can be overpriced.
