What visitors say
Stayed for four nights in a pet friendly caravan and loved the caravan and the site. All exceptionally clean. There are staff continually working to keep it looking it’s best. Many dogs there but no mess at all. Staff very helpful. Although there’s nothing nearby it is central to everywhere you would wish to visit. If self catering there is Aldi in Bakewell, Ashbourne and Buxton. Already booked to return.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The over all time was fantastic. We were a little concerned when we found there qae gypsy one the Tsite. The reception never said anything we found out due to other people being worried. Also no cleaners in from Saturday so the toilets were appalling. All that said the campsite is beautiful and we had a fantastic timexx

Absolutely amazing staff, extremely helpful and kind. I booked a POD for a weekend stay and found out at 5pm it was not an ensuite bathroom, staying with an autistic child, this was an impossible situation! The VERY kind staff at New Haven upgraded us to a fantastic brand-new caravan, the weekend was saved!! So grateful, thank you so much!!

Been coming to Newhaven for 15 years, had a static and now a tourer pitched. The facilities since the new owners took over have gone downhill. The toilet block next to the shop closed, the lower block, door damaged, it constantly smells and now gaffer tape all over the floor. The staff you speak to are all friendly and decent.
