Ashgrove Leisure - The Coach House

Brighouse is a working market town with easy train access, lined with independent shops, cafes and pubs within walking distance. The Coach House stands just beyond the town centre—a converted stone building that once sheltered the parson's carriage, now reimagined as a spacious base for groups and celebrations. It sleeps 16 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it genuinely practical for larger parties.

The ground floor holds three bedrooms with a mix of double and single beds, each with its own ensuite or access to a bathroom. Upstairs, a beamed open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner and large television opens onto a kitchen with everything needed to cook properly—induction hob, oven, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. The fourth bedroom, also upstairs, has an en-suite bathroom with a bath. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial firewood are included. Outside, a private hot tub accommodates six people, and there's parking for five cars on site.

The house suits groups of friends or extended families wanting to stay together without the fuss. Children are welcome, and one well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted inside. Check-in is after 15:00, checkout before 10:00.
