Ashgrove Leisure - Waterside Lodge Four

Waterside Lodge Four is a substantial timber-built lodge set within Ashgrove Country Park, a former stately home estate now spanning 40 acres of woodland and water. The property occupies three levels with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests across the entire space. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge. The main living area sits on the upper floor, an open-plan room with a woodburner and bifolding doors that open onto a decked balcony; the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and the essentials for self-catering. Below are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The lower ground floor holds two more bedrooms, one with a glass frontage and generous ensuite, and a walk-in shower ensuite adjoining the other.

Outside, the property has its own hot tub for six people and private parking for four cars. The grounds include a fenced lake with 550 yards of canal frontage; there are steps down to both from the lodge. A decked terrace overlooks the water. The wider estate is wooded and shared with other properties on-site. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; logs for the woodburner are provided to start with. The property does not permit smoking. Cots, high chairs and stairgates are available on request.
