Waterside Lodge Three is a three-storey wooden lodge on the Ashgrove estate, surrounded by 40 acres of parkland, woodland and water. The property sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a super king on the lower ground floor with ensuite, two further bedrooms (both zip-and-link super kings that can split into singles) on the ground floor, and a double on the lower ground floor. Three bathrooms serve the property, including two ensuites with cubicle showers and a family bathroom with a bath and shower.

The main living spaces are on the first floor in an open-plan arrangement: a lounge with woodburner and smart TV opens via bi-fold doors onto a decked balcony with views across the grounds, and the dining and kitchen areas connect directly to this. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating is electric (underfloor in the bathrooms), and essentials including wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with logs for the stove. The property has its own hot tub for six people and private parking for four cars. The lodge sits within shared grounds that include an eight-step walk to a fenced lake and 550 yards of canal frontage. No smoking.
