The main living area occupies the top floor, opening onto a decked balcony through bi-folding doors. A woodburner, smart TV, and dining space sit here; the kitchen is equipped for full self-catering with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A private hot tub sits on a decked terrace, and the grounds include parking for four cars. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; initial logs for the woodburner come provided. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available on request.

Steps lead down to further decked areas and garden furniture within the grounds. The lake lies about 8 steps beyond; 550 yards of canal frontage also runs through the estate.
