Skipton sits in the heart of the Pennines with countryside walks radiating outward in all directions. Hill Top Farm Barn puts you right among them—a converted farmhouse at the end of a quiet lane, with room enough for two families or a larger group. The property is yours alone, with four bedrooms (two doubles, one kingsize, one bunk) and two bathrooms across two floors.
The ground floor opens onto a fitted kitchen where you can cook proper meals, moving straight through to a dining table seating eight. There's a sitting room with an open fire, a second living space with an additional television, and a utility area for boots and coats. Upstairs, bedrooms are spread across the landing; the main bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are covered, along with fuel for the fire. The garden has a patio, furniture and a fire pit, and private parking takes three cars. No smoking inside, and note there's a small netted pond in the garden.

Lovely bunkbarn in a quiet part of Malham with parking. Lots of walks to go on from the barn, nice pubs in the village- we booked the Buck Inn which had lots of space for our big group.

26 of us stayed for a long weekend the barn is ideal as they have multiple rooms for 2-3-4-6-15 occupancy so couples can have a room. The location is great 4 mins walk into malham and just up the road malhan cove . Highly recommended 👌

We came as a family of 4 and stayed for 4 nights/5days. What a beautiful cottage and surrounding area . The cottage has everything you could need to have an amazing stay , down to the small details of cleaning products. The living room has board games , plenty books and cards for entertainment. The hosts could not be more helpful and accommodating to us. My sons week was made by being allowed to help feed the calf . I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a tranquil week away in a cosy cottage.

Again we found the Bunkbarn to be the perfect place for our group of 22. Excellent location within the village of Malham...easy walk to the 2 village pubs and cafe. Facilities are set up for outdoor activities with a boot amd drying room. Allows a couple of dogs. Building has character with lovely stone walls and open socialising space. All is clean and comfortable. Leigh is available and helpful when staying or planning a bunkbarn holiday. Thanks Leigh, we will be back again.
