Our visit to this place was one of the most disappointing family outings we’ve had. The venue itself has potential, but it is let down by poor management and uninterested staff. From the moment we arrived, nobody made us feel welcome. The staff looked bored The first thing we noticed was the lack of customer service. There were plenty of staff members around, but very few seemed interested in helping customers. Most looked extremely young, and while age itself isn't an issue, the level of professionalism certainly was. Many were standing around chatting with each other instead of assisting guests, and nobody made us feel welcome. The café was another disappointment. The food was overpriced for what you get, and the dining area was dirty. Overall, the venue felt poorly managed. There seemed to be enough employees on duty, but very little organisation or attention to customer experience. A friendly greeting, a quick explanation for new visitors, and regularly cleaning the café would have made a huge difference. Sadly, we left feeling that customer service simply isn't a priority here. We won't be returning, and we wouldn't recommend Flip Out based on our experience.

We attended a birthday party at Flip Out Glasgow at the weekend and had a really positive experience. The party leader was the lovely Lauren who upon finding out that my son has type 1 diabetes, went out of her way to reassure me of the many members of staff who are first aid trained and checked in with us multiple times to see if everything was going well. The most refreshing thing that happened was Lauren suggested that she find out the carb count for the food he would eat on the day and the portion size. Usually at parties I have to make educated guesses as staff rarely know this information, so it was a lovely change to have someone be so helpful and to get me information that allowed me to be accurate when giving his insulin especially after such a highly physical activity. We had a great time. Keep up the great work Lauren!

My daughter and I have had a membership for almost 2 years here and we love it! We normally come at weekend mornings when it’s quieter. Maria is fantastic with my daughter and my daughter absolutely loves her. Staff are always very visible and happy to help! Great trampoline park

Very disappointing experience overall. The venue itself has plenty of activities, but surprisingly the atmosphere felt flat. Many of the children didn't seem particularly excited and looked bored after a short time, which isn't what you'd expect from a place that's supposed to be full of energy and fun. As first-time visitors, we received almost no information. We had to figure out where everything was by ourselves, which isn't what you'd expect when there are so many employees on duty. The café was another let-down. The prices are far too high for the quality of the food, and the seating area was not being looked after. For the amount charged, I expected much better organisation, cleaner facilities, and a more enthusiastic team. Unfortunately, the whole place lacked energy, and even many of the children seemed to lose interest quite quickly. I wouldn't choose to visit again.
