About Argyll Arms Hotel
Argyll Arms Hotel suits travellers who want a no-fuss base for exploring Campbeltown and the surrounding Argyll countryside, rather than a destination in itself. Its Main Street position puts guests within easy reach of the town's shops, pubs and eateries, while free on-site parking makes it a sensible stop for anyone touring by car.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. Guests can expect drinks in the room, breakfast each morning, and a packed lunch on request for days out. The hotel has its own restaurant, bar and snack bar for meals without needing to leave the building, along with free WiFi, luggage storage, meeting rooms and 24 hour reception for flexible arrivals and departures.
The area around the hotel suits active and outdoor-minded guests, with golf, fishing, horse riding, cycling and walking all nearby, plus watersports for those wanting to get out on the water. Machrie Moor Standing Stones gives a point of historical interest within reach, and the surrounding pubs and restaurants add further options once the hotel's own kitchen is closed for the night.
