Castlehill Upper Villa

Castlehill Upper Villa occupies the first and second floors of a converted sandstone building in Campbeltown, on the Kintyre peninsula. The ground floor is dominated by a single vast open-plan space—115 square metres with floor-to-ceiling windows—that merges kitchen, dining and living areas into one. This is where the household gathers. The main bathroom is also on this level. Upstairs, four bedrooms are spread across sloping ceilings: a kingsize with its own shower room and toilet, a double, a twin, and a further room with a double and single bed. A second bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property has gas central heating throughout and can accommodate a travel cot and highchair if needed. One pet stays free of charge. A large landscaped garden includes a sitting-out area, and there is private parking on site.

Campbeltown centre is within walking distance—the harbour and seafront a gentle stroll away—along with pubs, restaurants, local shops and supermarkets. A swimming pool with leisure facilities and a small cinema are also easily reached on foot. Smoking is not permitted inside.
