The Coach House is a sympathetically restored barn conversion at Bronyn Farm, positioned above the tidal banks of the River Towy with unobstructed views across the water towards Llansteffan and Carmarthen Bay. Exposed stone walls, vaulted ceilings and a wood burner give the property its character, while the interior has been finished to a high standard throughout. It sits adjacent to the Wales Coast Path, making it a natural base for walking or exploring the Carmarthenshire coastline.
Three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms serve six guests. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner and French doors opening to a patio, plus a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two further bedrooms. All three en-suites have walk-in showers and heated towel rails. The property includes Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels, and initial logs for the burner. An enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ comes with the booking, as does a private hot tub for six and parking for three cars.
The location suits families or groups wanting countryside seclusion with coastal access. An on-site utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available (shared). The property draws its water from a natural spring. Smoking is not permitted.

Absolutely spotless cottage. Had everything you needed for stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and welcome hamper was well appreciated. Plenty of nice fluffy towels in bedrooms and extra towels for hot tub. We couldn’t fault the cottage. Met some lovely friendly baby cows and we were joined outside every morning by Bo and Jangles., two gorgeous little robins. I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice rural getaway. The scenery is beautiful x

Wow wow wow - what a fantastic place. The cottage was lovely, the welcome gifts and little extras were very much appreciated. The rooms are lovely and clean and beds were very comfortable. The garden with the little stream and hot tub were just lush and what a view! Such a peaceful and relaxing week we've had. Would definitely go back and recommend for a peaceful break away from busy lives.

Really fabulous cottage. Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds. Beautiful and quiet location within a 20 minute drive of Carmarthen. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming. A lovely base to explore the fabulous coastline.

We have just spent a week at this most wonderful cottage listed as a 5 star but it is way above this . The most beautiful setting fantastic facilities and to top it off the most wonderful hosts Keith & Lesely can not do enough for you.We will return again as soon as possible this venue deserves a 10 star rating
