Meidrim village is minutes away, with a pub, play park and the river Towy on its doorstep. The farmhouse itself sits on active Charolais cattle grazing land, where you can walk through the meadows or follow the public footpath that crosses the property. The converted milking parlour now holds three bedrooms and two bathrooms across ground and first floors, sleeping up to six.
Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with kitchen facilities for cooking proper meals—oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics. One bedroom on this level has a kingsize bed and ensuite with walk-in shower; another has two single beds with access to the main bathroom. Upstairs is a third kingsize bedroom. The garden is enclosed with sitting-out space, furniture and a barbecue; the hot tub is private to the property and fits six. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. One small dog is welcome at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted inside.
