You step into an open-plan ground floor where living, dining and kitchen merge under a pitched oak-ridge lantern. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking—induction hob, electric range, dishwasher—while the living area branches off down two steps with a smart TV and a double sofa bed. French doors open directly onto a slate-floored garden with decking and furniture. The main bedroom holds a kingsize bed and its own en-suite bath with shower; the second has two single beds and an en-suite with walk-in shower. A third bathroom completes the layout.
The barn sits on the owner's land with open views across Brecon Beacons National Park and the Towy Valley. What distinguishes it from other holiday lets is the private heated swimming pool—5m by 2m, roughly 1.2m deep, with hydrotherapy jets and shower facilities. The property runs on biomass heating and has an electric car charging point. One dog is welcome. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are provided; parking accommodates three cars.
Llandeilo town is within walking distance. The Dark Sky Reserve status of the Beacons makes the roof lantern over the sofa bed a genuine asset on clear nights. Non-smokers only; no stag or hen parties.

Absolutely beautiful, so clean, fresh and tidy. Owners are next door if you need anything otherwise they leave you to it. Would highly recommend
