Pembrey Country Park and its eight miles of golden sand lie within reach, as does the Gower Peninsula's coastline. Burry Port village is a 15-minute drive away. The house sits on a quiet country lane behind electric gates, with grounds that take in views across Carmarthen Bay.
Maes Y Wawr sleeps ten across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor holds a living room with a marble fireplace, dining room, farmhouse-style kitchen with range cooker, conservatory, and games room fitted with a snooker table, dartboard and table football. Lower down is a further bedroom with ensuite. The other three bedrooms are upstairs—one with a zip-and-link bed and ensuite bath, another with a zip-and-link bed and bunk beds, and a fourth with two single beds. All have access to a shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with a travel cot and highchair if needed. One dog stays free.
Outside there is an enclosed patio with garden furniture and a bike store. Parking is private. The house is non-smoking throughout.
