Pendine village sits on the Carmarthenshire coast looking out over the sweep of Pendine Sands. Sea Breeze is a first-floor apartment within a short walk of the beach, with direct access to a private hot tub for four people. The village itself has cafés, pubs and shops; Laugharne lies ten minutes' drive inland, and Tenby, Saundersfoot and Carmarthen are all reachable in under half an hour.
The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms—one double, one with bunk beds—and has one bathroom with a shower cubicle. The open-plan living space contains a TV with Freesat, a dining area with doors opening onto a balcony, and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Outside, a patio and terrace with garden furniture overlook the beach. Underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; a washing machine, freezer and travel cot are available to guests.
