Ponderosa

Ponderosa is a single-storey chalet near Llansteffan, on the Carmarthenshire coast. Everything is on ground level: a combined living and dining space with French doors onto a decked area, a kitchen with electric cooking and a dishwasher, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a shower room. The property accommodates four guests and sits on a rough track with private parking for two cars.

The front garden has decking and furniture overlooking the estuary. The Towy estuary lies 50 yards away—children will need supervising if near the water. A sandy beach is within walking distance. Llansteffan itself has shops, pubs and restaurants, while the ruins of Llansteffan Castle sit on a nearby hill. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. One pet stays free of charge. The property does not permit smoking.
