High in Carmarthenshire's moorland, Rhyblid Fach sits among the rolling hills and open country of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. The converted 19th-century barn looks out across the valley from its elevated position, with an enclosed garden and terrace where you can sit outside. Parking is on site, and one well-behaved dog can stay free.
Inside are three bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors. The ground floor holds a living and dining room with an open fire, a kitchen with electric cooker and dishwasher, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. Upstairs, two further bedrooms—each with a double bed—come with an ensuite and a separate bathroom. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included, along with superfast wi-fi. The property draws water from a natural spring. The garden has some uneven ground and comes with furniture; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The area is good for walking, with the Brecon Beacons on the doorstep. Llandovery is 6 miles away with pubs and restaurants, Llangadog 10 miles, and the Welsh National Botanic Gardens 20 miles. Shops can be found 5 miles off. No smoking inside.
