The Mill Farmhouse is a listed stone building from 1806, originally part of the Cawdor Estate. Recent restoration has uncovered original fireplaces, sash windows and wooden floors and stairs, while introducing modern comfort through underfloor heating and updated services. The house stands opposite the railway station on the Heart of Wales line.
Inside are three bedrooms (two kingsize, one double) and a single bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor has two living spaces, each with a woodburner and TV, plus a separate dining room and a kitchen equipped for full self-catering. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. The property is yours alone, with parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio. No smoking is permitted.
Llandybie village has a railway station, award-winning pubs and local amenities. The surrounding countryside offers walking and exploring the limestone landscape nearby. One well-behaved pet is welcome to stay.
