Arforwest

Arforwest is a detached bungalow on the Ceredigion coast, a mile from Llangrannog's sandy beach. It sleeps six across four bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles, and two with single beds each—plus one bathroom with a wet room and separate toilet. The whole property is yours alone, and one dog can stay free of charge.

Everything is on the ground floor and accessible via a few steps at the entrance. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, Rayburn and washing machine. The living room contains a 42-inch TV and DVD player, and the dining room adjoins a sun room where you can eat while looking out to sea and across Cardigan Bay. A lawned garden with seating and furniture wraps around the property, and there is parking for two cars on site. Essentials including heating, electricity, linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

This suits families or small groups wanting a self-contained base near the water. Llangrannog village has pubs, cafés and shops, while the larger coastal town of New Quay—with its own beach, sailing, windsurfing and boat trips—lies nearby. The surrounding countryside is good for spotting red kites, buzzards and other wildlife. No smoking indoors.
