Great Tree House

Great Tree House stands on the Ceredigion coastline within sight of the sea, roughly a mile from Llangrannog village with its beach, pubs and cafés. The single-storey property sits on enclosed grounds with parking for four cars and a garden featuring two patio and decking areas—one accessed from the living room, another from the main bedroom—both positioned to catch the views across to the water.

Inside, all four bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and its own wet room with shower and toilet. A second bedroom offers a zip-and-link super kingsize (or two singles on request); a third has two single beds and shares a Jack-and-Jill ensuite with the main bedroom; the fourth is a single. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, there is a utility room with washer and dryer, and a conservatory extends the living space. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; one well-behaved pet stays free.
