Couples and small families will find this converted barn on a working farm a comfortable base for exploring Ceredigion's coast and countryside. It sleeps four across two bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link super king bed and one with twin singles—plus a bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. The ground floor holds the kitchen, which is equipped for cooking proper meals, while the first-floor living and dining room opens onto a large balcony overlooking the Cambrian Mountains.

The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There's a washing machine in an external utility room, an enclosed back garden with seating and a barbecue, and a private sauna. One small dog stays free. Parking is available for two cars.

New Quay and Aberaeron are a 20-minute drive away, both with beaches and harbours. Aberystwyth, with its pier and cliff railway, is also within reach. The area suits walkers and cyclists—there are National Trust estates nearby and opportunities for canoeing and horse riding—as well as families wanting boat trips to spot dolphins in Cardigan Bay. No smoking inside the property.
