The Ceredigion coast offers dramatic cliffs, golden beaches and small working harbours within a short drive. Mwnt, Aberporth and Cei Bach are all nearby; Cardigan sits south with its castle and river, while Aberaeron—a Georgian town of painted houses—is 15 minutes away by car. The beach itself is a two-minute walk, as are shops, pubs and restaurants.

Bristol House is a substantial Victorian property in a village row, recently renovated but keeping original features: wood floors, exposed stone and ornate coving. It has five bedrooms across two floors—four doubles and one bunk room—plus two bathrooms and an ensuite shower off the master bedroom. The ground floor contains a living room with woodburner and smart TV, a dining room, kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, a games room, and utility room with washer-dryer. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are included; there's also a welcome pack, travel cot and highchair if needed. A small gravelled area with chairs and barbecue overlooks a decked space at first floor level, and parking is on the road outside. One dog can stay at no extra cost. The property is not available for hen or stag parties; smoking is not permitted.
